I use Royal Mail to deliver all packages. Shipping rates updated August 2025.
Orders are shipped to the UK, tracked 48hrs,free.
All packages are “Tracked” for your peace of mind and mine.
Please note that there is a payment option if you need your order “Tracked 24 hours”. Anything else, please contact me.
Within the UK, Royal Mail Tracked 48 service aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Tracked 24 within 1-2 days and Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day, but somebody must be home to accept the package.
Outside the UK Royal Mail aim for delivery within 5-7 working days.
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
Due to complicated VAT rules and regulations relating to product safety and labelling, I am no longer able to accept orders from customers in the EU or Northern Ireland.
USA CUSTOMERS
Due to changes in US customs regulations from 29th August 2025, I am temporarily unable to accept orders from customers in the USA. The $800 duty-free allowance is being revoked, meaning all shipments will be subject to import duty (at least 10%) and an additional handling fee from USPS.
Sellers are now also required to collect duty up front on behalf of the US government and complete complex customs paperwork. This is simply too large a task to undertake at the moment, especially while the rules may continue to change over the next few months as systems adjust.
I hope to resume shipping to the USA once there is more clarity and a reliable process in place.
Customs Duty and Import Charges:
International packages may incur extra charges before they can be delivered. As the seller I have no control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's border control for more information.
Outer Packaging:
Each Tea-Shirt will be sent to you carefully wrapped with tissue paper. I make every effort is taken to ensure your order arrives safe and sound, but if you experience any problem or delay, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
I may occasionally recycle packaging.
I don't brand the outer packaging and I don't include an invoice or receipt.
RETURNS:
If you change your mind about a purchase you can return your items up to 14 days after receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original package.
For hygiene reasons, if there is any evidence that the Tea-shirt has been worn, no refund will be given.
I will process your refund within 5 days of receiving your return. The customer is liable for the cost of return.
Please contact me to let me know you will be returning the item before you post it.
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return. In this instance I will also refund the cost of returning the item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note, I can only accept returns or exchanges of items ordered directly from me or my website. I will ask you for the order number, or the name or email address that was used to place the order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
I recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (without signature) service if you are returning an item to me. Unless the package is of very high value I don't think you need to use Special Delivery. If your return qualifies for me to cover the cost of return postage I will only refund Tracked 48 price, not Special Delivery, unless agreed beforehand.
Go to Royal Mail Sending Tracked 48 to arrange this service or you can take the package to a post office and buy it over the counter.
Check the label on the package that I sent your order in and you will see the weight and whether it's a Large Letter or Small Parcel. My return address is also on the outer label.
Using the online Royal Mail form, select size and weight, put in my address and email address (shelleyfayelazar@mac.com) and your address. It will assume you want the package to be collected from your home and if you don't have a printer this is the best option as the postie will bring a label to you.
If you want to drop the package off at a post office you will need to select this option on the checkout page and print the label and stick it onto the package.
The price should be around £4.00 for for a small parcel.
